Suites
For over 29 years we have been providing office space to lawyers, therapists, CPAs, realtors, small business owners, satellite office partners and others. Many of our tenants have been here for over a decade, and a few have been with us since the beginning. Our commitment to excellence, the personal relationships we build with our tenants, and the sense of community we foster are all reasons why our tenants and their clients appreciate us.
Our suites range in size from 95 square feet to 235 square feet. Prices vary and depend on office size, location, and current market rate. Currently this rate begins at $500 monthly. We also offer a great phone and internet service!

This is our small conference room! It can fit up to four people and the chairs are comfortable and the small setting makes it much more personal.
